Family Meal for Teenager
A new study shows that girls who have regular family meals less frequently adopted extreme behaviour of the weight control as vomiting, an orgy of eating, and the use of laxative or oral nutrition.A study of more than 2500 American students increased found that the girls who have eaten five or more per week, meals family had a much healthier relationship with food, and later in life.
The research was published in the journal International Archives of Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine, which surveyed students from 13 to 17 years, in 1999, followed 5 years later.
Family meals regularly has been shown that a effect protection regardless of girls weight, age, socioeconomic stats, nutrition habits, or the relationship with family.
