Sparkling water : The Pros and Cons

In many countries, especially in central Europe, most bottled water is usually carbonated drinks. The sparkling water containing dissolved carbonic acid, resulting in bubbles. This type of water is characterized by its slightly bitter taste and organoleptic properties are precisely so that this drink has characteristics that constitute one of the main reasons for their consumption. In the warmer months it is important to increase water intake to maintain adequate hydration, especially in children and elderly, who are more sensitive to heat stress, as well as in athletes due to the amount of fluid lost during exercise through sweat.
